I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
Gartner recruiters reach out to potential candidates on LinkedIn a lot of the time. My colleagues and I get 4 InMails on average every few months. Recruiting coordinator sets up an initial call. If all goes well, they pass you on to the recruiter. After that, you complete a “skills assessment” over Webex. Recruiter tried to rush me along and was a bit disorganized. Had to reschedule a few parts of the process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to work with a difficult client.
They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
