The first interview started with a 30min phone call about myself and the recruiter talking about the role.
Second interview was a role play and what I knew about Gartner.
Third interview was a more formal role play and why I was interested in Gartner.
Fourth interview they flew me to fort Myers and it was a half day event where we started with 3 elevator pitches. I read research in a certain amount of time and had to explain it back after time was up. As well, we did an open Q&A.

very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview

Sloppy recruiter
Unorganized

last minute added different executives to the interview
I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
