I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gartner (London, England) in Apr 2020
Interview
Firstly, a phone screening by the recruiter followed by a sales pitch interview with someone from HR.
Worst application process I ever went through. Very arrogant interviewer. I had the feeling they treat their employees as numbers. They promote a culture of hard sales and commissions (American style), so not sure if it was the right fit for me.
Left me hanging by not sending me a status update. Followed-up myself and got a reply that I was not selected for the next round. When I asking for feedback, I got ignored.
very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview

Sloppy recruiter
Unorganized
No follow up/lots of time between follow ups
phone screening and then panel interview via zoom
accidentally sent me someone else's resume
last minute added different executives to the interview
I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
