The recruitment process consisted of two stages: the first with a junior recruiter and the second with a senior recruiter. I found the junior recruiter to be much more approachable and personable, which made for a positive experience. In contrast, the second stage felt stiff and overly formal. Despite the recruiter's intention to foster open dialogue, I felt constrained by their reliance on rigid, structured questions that seemed poorly delivered, resulting in an awkward atmosphere.
Having read reviews about employee experiences at the company, it’s likely a blessing in disguise that I didn’t progress further in the process. This experience has given me valuable insights into what I am looking for in my next opportunity.
