I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner
Interview
Gartner's job application process is an exhausting gauntlet of repetitive assessments, multiple rounds of interviews that seem designed to wear candidates down, and lengthy waiting periods with minimal communication. Their corporate bureaucracy forces applicants through standardized hoops while making them jump through endless personality tests and case studies that feel disconnected from actual job responsibilities.

Question 1
"If you had to explain artificial intelligence to a 5-year-old, a high school student, and a CEO - how would you approach each conversation differently?"
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
