Interview
The process started with 2 screener interviews, and it finished with a longer interview with more senior members. The longer interview was broken into two zooms with two members. The first part had typical interview questions. The second part had a case study.

Describe the details of a past research project. If it was a team project, describe the role each team member played.
It was lengthy, and I was made to compete with 600 other students for 4 positions. Honestly, most students' GEP was great, but they still selected random students for the next round.

why do you think we should prefer you for this role?
There were multiple rounds (3 I believe), and the process was lengthy and mentally draining. 1st round is phone call, 2nd round is the video interview, 3rd round is a case study you have to give answer in a limited amount of time.
