Four rounds. Lots of behavioral questions. They want you to have challenger mindset. They provide amazing feedback on how to get better at interviewing. however it does seem like they have an ideal cookie cutter profile so you either got it or ya don't .

Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
