Question 1
What is the purpose of a Project Manager on a Scrum Team?
I applied online. I interviewed at Gartner (Stamford, CT) in May 2015
Interview
I was first interviewed over the phone, then made a visit to the Stamford Headquarters where I was interviewed by 4 people besides the HR person.
The starting salary and other details were worked out with the HR person.
The interview was begun by the HR person, then others joined in. Some were in person, others were working from home so the interview was also partially conducted via telephone.
