I had 2 interviews, first with the HR manager face to face, and second one with a team of employees again face to face. The questions and attitude were professional. They timing between 2 interviews was months.

I applied on their career website. After a month got a call from HR and then very next day got a call from one of employee with higher managerial position. Phone interview was about 1 hour and was mostly about past work experience.
