Simple, Show empathy when answering questions, Be customer obsessive, Overall it is a fairly simple process they are looking for empathy and a customer focused individual for the most part the interview usually involves a Geek Squad Manager and the store manager.

How would you help a client who needs their item repaired by tomorrow as they are leaving for vacation.
Interview process took a few weeks, but they asked pertinent questions, and were informative throughout the process. They asked good questions that forced you to critically think about the job at hand. The interviewers were friendly and professional.
