They found me on linkedin so I did not apply for this job, but I was interested in apply when they offer me two positions to choose, one is lab technician and the other one is more involved with customer service. The interview process takes over two weeks where one HR called me for phone interview then three days later, another manager called me for phone screening. Then I was invited to onsite interview which will take around 1 hour and half with multiple interviewer and 20 mins background presentation.

Overall disorganized. I was not aware the interview would involve two candidates and treated the other candidate as the hiring manager until they joined later than the established time. Questions were short and had little to do with the position many of which were asked more than once.
