I applied via email, as suggested on the LinkedIn post advertizing the job opening. A week after, I was contacted by phone (after 6 PM CET, no previous communication) by an HR specialist. The conversation went very well, I was asked about my background, my reasons for applying, and my knowledge of the company and its products. I asked for some information about the position and the HR specialist and I discussed my expected salary and eventual availability for traveling or relocating. The conversation ended with her request for my availability to set up a second interview with the Marketing Director, and I obviously agreed. Ten days after, I sent an email to the same address to have an update about the process. After two months, I did not receive any answer or schedule for the supposed interview! I know the company as a customer and they are well known for their precision and for always being on top of the communication flow; it is a pity that the HR department doesn't follow the same standards.
