The interview consisted of a 1-hour talk, followed by 10+ 1-on-1s with people at various levels. Everyone was very friendly and eager to answer questions about the company. The whole interview process was very thorough, which made me confident I'd be surrounded by great scientists there.

I got an email by HM after applying for the role and asked me to set a time. 30 min. interview, Person that was interviewing was nice and questions were expected.
asked what I did in my graduate school and a technical question regarding drug molecule they had developed there were no other questions asked, in example behavioral or anything else of this sort
