Interview
Overall the interview process is very similar to all other companies. You would have a phone interview with the hiring manager first before interview with all group of people from internal customers and have lunch and 1 one 1 for about 30 to 45 minutes. we talked about the position, the expectations, my personal experiences and backgrouds, projects we have worked on in the past.

Question 1
How did not apply your critical thinking in one of your most challeging project?
The interview was a one-hour technical session focused on a recent project. I was asked to explain my design choices, implementation details, challenges faced, and how I approached problem-solving and optimization throughout the project.
Very thorough. Began with application, then phone screen then three separate zoom interviews. I did not make it past the second zoom but everyone along the way was very nice and informative.

Two rounds of interviews. One panel and one with the hiring manager. Pretty straightforward with typical interview questions. Know your experience and why you are a good candidate. External candidates will have a phone screen as well that goes over your resume and background.
