Question 1
Describe your relationship with your current Field Director, what do you like, why would you change, and have you given them that feedback? How was it received?
Typical process with multiple rounds of interviews and a presentation on a scientific topic of choice. First interaction was with the recruiter, and then a hiring manager. These were followed by a few interviews with other MSLs in individual and group settings. Also interviewed with the regional and national director.
