Met at career fair.
Pre-screen interview the next day. After they said I passed that, an HR rep contacted me.
Set date to visit and meet with different hiring managers. Was all day event, but they paid for hotel, food, travel.
Interviews were all behavioral and standard questions.
Just one interview around 30-45 minutes. Fairly simple and straight forward. After you apply, they email you to schedule an interview. Usually it's with a few people or a panel. Easy questions about yourself and broad technical questions about your experience.

Reached out to recruiter for 30 minute meeting. Then scheduled meeting with Electric boat representative for interview. Received offer a few weeks after first contact. Did not end of taking offer but really liked the location.
