Interview
I had an initial interview with a panel of 3 senior members of the engineering division I was applying for. After the initial interview I was given a tour of the office spaces and introduced to the manager of the division and had ~20 minute conversation. Total time in the interview was about 1 hr 45 min.

Interview
The whole process went smoothly. It takes a long time for HR to get back to you - but my department did a great job at communicating with me and making me feel like I was wanted and valued there.

I was asked a lot of the standard questions with regard to how I would react in a specific situation. I was also asked some technical questions.
