I went In person to be interviewed by two people. They would take turns asking me questions that were on a typed out sheet of paper, then would write down my answers. It was mostly behavioral questions and to see how you would act in a given circumstance or how you resolve problems! Honestly they put right things in the requirements of the position that you should know and they do ask about them! It lasted 15-20 minutes and then they walked me out and I heard back with an offer 2 days later!
