Interviewed with the hiring manager and was mostly asked about previous work. Surprisingly, he offered on the spot at the end and said I would probably receive a response from HR in a week. A week later, HR was completely ghosting me and not sending anything. I called them and asked for an update, but they gave me the run around and were completely unhelpful

The majority of the questions were based on your personality and ability to work within a team. There were no technical questions asked for an entry-level position that I interviewed for.

Phone Interview; Call with multiple engineers including senior staff and engineering manager. All incredibly accommodating. Interview consisted of a resume walkthrough / talking about previous internships and jobs, review of the systems I would be working on, as well as a review of company pillars and ethos. They did not expect perfect answers given I did not work at the company.

Pretty easy interview, just asked a few questions about my experience. The guys interviewing me were very nice and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. Still haven't gotten back to me though
