General Dynamics Information Technology Csr1 interview questions

Brief interview. The company has difficulty gaining and retaining employees due to passing government security and FBI clearance and high expectations from the clients they serve. There are no cost of living raises from the company and only the Department of Labor will increase salary. The interview requires a minimum words per minute typing requirement. Training is paid for 3 weeks. The company does not provide many detail about the job applied for. Drug testing is mandatory but not disclosed until the job is offered.

A few questions were asked, including being asked to read a script about a paragraph long. I had to show proof of my college degree, asked to pick full or part time and what shift I was willing to work. Only later was I told that we would be assisting with healthcare.gov, dubbed the "worst website in America" by Atlantic magazine last year.
