General Dynamics Information Technology Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Told the receptionist I was there for an interview, was interviewed and then was given an offer. After given an offer I was given my contract which I signed. I then did additional things that were required of me not related to the interview but the job offer and left.

I had a phone interview for a remote customer service representative position. The woman I interviewed with was very polite and overall the interview process was a pleasant experience. The position expectations were explained very clearly and I ended the phone call with a good understanding of what the next steps would be and what would be expected of me should I be offered the job.
