Very straightforward HR phone call, Code review and examples. The project lead and scrum master were polite and knowledgeable and provided a good insight of what a day is like at the company.

Interview
Asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. Had me code a sample project which wasn't very difficult. They also gave me free lunch. I felt very welcomed and not at all intimidated.
Short Phone call with hiring manager. They decide after one phone call if you're hired or not. Very easy interview to do. Test basic coding knowledge and was not at all very challenging
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Dynamics (Sterling Heights, MI) in Feb 2024
Interview
It took a month for General Dynamics to get back to me once I submitted my resume, then I had one interview and was never called back. In the interview was a manager and two other software engineers who were extremely nice.
