Interview
Skype interview with contracting company. One in-person interview with GDLS management & engineering. The whole process took about 3 weeks. They gave an engineering drawing and asked one to find where the errors were, heavy use of geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing. This was a period where they were recruiting very heavily, I've heard of interviews taking much longer.
