They scheduled a Teams meeting for an initial tech screen but no one came. I emailed them to check what was going on, they said they were having technical difficulties and needed to reschedule, but never rescheduled. So for no clear reason they ghosted me, the position might not be real either as I saw they changed the posted date on their site but I have a screenshot of the version of the post I applied to and it's the same only it says it's posted a month earlier than what it says now (as of July 22 2023).
