General Dynamics Land Systems interview questions

- 30 minute interview, with basic background, interests, and values assessment. Assessment was mostly behaviour based - how one would chose to respond given a situation, rather than purely technical.

I had my first interview with four interviewers. It went great actually. They really just got to know me and asked me fairly simple questions. Then, I was invited to a second round of interviews with the same people. They had also said that I would be "seeing what a typical day in the position would be like". So I felt pretty confident going in since someone was spending their day showing my some things around the office. I spent about 3 hours there on the second round. Keep in mind this is an ENTRY level position, the interview portion didn't seem fair the second round. It seemed to me that they wanted someone with experience but put zero years experience in their qualifications of the job application. Worst thing is, they completely ghosted me after telling me I'd hear back from them whether it was a yes or no. I emailed twice and never heard anything about it. At that point, I didn't want to work for a company that couldn't even respond after spending that much time with me. I did enjoy the people I met so I'm only posting this in hopes of someone learning from this review.
