Sent Resume in October 2011 didn't hear anything until December. I had to continously call/follow up. Persistance was the key. Contacted in February for Interview. Had two separate interviews and interviewed with four individuals on both days. People seemed to have small company mentality but I saw it as an opportunity for change.
