I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Dynamics Mission Systems
Interview
I had 3 interviews that were each about 45 minutes long. Each person I met with was incredibly nice and easy to get along with. They didn't ask much technically at all, but more described their respective projects and then asked if I were interested. Then they would ask some basic background/ability questions but nothing that was difficult to answer.

Question 1
None, they were all really background and experience questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at General Dynamics Mission Systems (Pittsfield, MA) in Dec 2025
Interview
All behavorial and talks about your resume experience. Expect some follow up questions that aren't scripted depending on your resume. I had one project that really interested them, and we basically talked about that the whole hour. Everyone was super easy going too
I applied online. I interviewed at General Dynamics Mission Systems (Scottsdale, AZ) in Apr 2025
Interview
Teleconference with small team of people for the first round. It took a while to hear back after the application process and description online was a little vague compared to the job they were actually hiring for.
