General Dynamics Mission Systems interview questions

Uses behavioral interview questions. Questions ask you to describe a situation where a certain event occurred and how you handled it. Candidates only meet with 2 or 3 people and that is in a single group interview. This is nice because you don't have to repeat yourself or hear the same information repeated from your interviewers.

My interview was in October of 2004 (system woudn't let me select older date). I was interviewed by HR, hiring manager, one other engineer, and the Sr. hiring manager, four people in all. All interviews were 1:1 and consecutive. Some technical questions and mostly reivew of resume and general questions. Overall inteview went well and was pleased with General Dynamics selecting me for the position I was hired for.
