General Mills Associate Marketing Manager interview questions

Applied through university, wrote a cover letter stressing a leadership experience. Interview was booked the following week. Classic interview questions and some behavioral, very open-ended marketing/general strategy cases, mostly to evaluate your train of thought, some digressions. They really tried to get a feel for your character and I think they changed up the questions accordingly to expose that. Two interviewers, 35-ish minutes each with a 30 minute break in between. Really prompt with the results. My interview ended late afternoon and I received an offer the next morning at 8 AM.
