I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2017
Interview
Applied through their referral. First interview was on campus with HR rep and asked mainly personal career questions about my future aspirations, ideal work scenarios, etc.. Did well, and got a second interview one week later that mainly consisted of typical behavioral questions you'd expect. Pretty straightforward process.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2025
Interview
- 2 on 1 for the first interview
1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.
Applied online and then interviewed over a zoom call. Straightforward and easy. Two rounds. Some online personality questions as well. Overall a good experience. Different interview lets each round both current employees.
