Interview
I had two on-campus interviews and was then flown into Minneapolis to interview for final rounds. The night before interviews, we had appetizers with current BMAs and the other candidates to learn more about the job and General Mills. The day of the interview, I interviewed with 3 people for 20-30 minutes each.

What is your favorite brand? A brand that you would leave the store or not buy a different brand if it were unavailable.

Interview
- 2 on 1 for the first interview
1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.
Applied online and then interviewed over a zoom call. Straightforward and easy. Two rounds. Some online personality questions as well. Overall a good experience. Different interview lets each round both current employees.
