They want you to be able to sell yourself very well, even for production job. Use questions from this site. Only complaint is that they miss out on people like me who are actually very good on fast paced lines and manufacturing but not necessarily the best at communicating this easily.

STAR method is the most important thing outside of mechanical experience. If you have no experience in that field the position is not for you. Throughout the interview you’ll be asked multiple times if you can handle the long days or barely any work-life balance. Interviewers were a pleasure to speak with.

Super easy. Lady was super nice and explained things really well. Got a job offer on the same day I was interviewed. Excited to start this new journey. Pay seems more than acceptable.
