Interview
A group interview that starts with interviews with two people. Then, a more advanced assessment in the computer room. And finally, a tour through the plant. I loved it, great experience.

a lot of situation kind of questions, focused on safety and how to handle situations like coworkers, customers, and product.
Got a call for an interview about a month after I put in the application. Arrived and signed in, then waited in waiting room for 30 mins. Finally an employee came out and notified someone that I was there. The manager that was supposed to interview me was “busy”. Another manager stepped in and asked general STAR method questions. Very easy interview, interviewer was nice and polite. Job seemed promising and she told me that I was a great candidate. TWO MONTHS LATER, I AM STILL WAITING ON A JOB UPDATE. I’ve sent multiple emails to multiple sources….Silence…Job status still shows “interview”. Seems very unorganized and unprofessional to “ghost” candidates, especially AFTER the job interview!!
