I was asked about my experiences specifically regarding the role I was interviewing for. To provide examples.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2010
Interview
- Received email
- Set up Phone Screen
- Filled out technical questionnaire
- On-site interviews (half day) most 1:1, one panel
- Personality Test
- IQ Test
- Call with Offer (next morning) contingent on drug & background check
- Drug test within a few days
- Start 2 weeks later

No real difficult questions. If you have the experience they are looking for and can talk about it in an articulate manner and hit it off socially with the interviewers you are good to go.
