Interview
They interviewed me for roughly an hour, learning about my preferences and experiences in life. Then they emailed me roughly a week later saying I had advanced in the process and I took some online tests. I must not have been a fit for what they needed because I then did not receive another interview.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2025
Interview
- 2 on 1 for the first interview
1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.
Applied online and then interviewed over a zoom call. Straightforward and easy. Two rounds. Some online personality questions as well. Overall a good experience. Different interview lets each round both current employees.
