I applied through college or university. I interviewed at General Mills
Interview
The work culture seems awesome and great. The first round is all behavioral questions that typically lasts 30 minutes in person. Then, you have to take an assessment that has both personality and mathematical parts.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time you had a problem that you couldn't control or fix and how did you come about it?
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2025
Interview
- 2 on 1 for the first interview
1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.
Applied online and then interviewed over a zoom call. Straightforward and easy. Two rounds. Some online personality questions as well. Overall a good experience. Different interview lets each round both current employees.
