I interviewed at General Mills. They took 4 rounds of interviews. The first and second round was purely based on SQL, data visualisation, and data modelling. The third round was a leadership round with a Senior Manager. The fourth round was with the onshore director.

SQL: execution cycle, analytical questions, union vs union all vs intersect vs minus, primary key vs unique, some SQL coding questions based on joins/temp tables. Data modelling: star and snowflake schema, fact table vs dimension tables.
