Interview
-There are 3 rounds: 1 with managers (on campus usually), 2nd round is a networking mixer (assess your social skills), 3rd : 3 interviews and one case study
-one case study in the final round of interviews:pretty straight forward but want to see your communication style and your thought process
-want to know if you can make a recommendation given the facts so go with one clear recommendation rather than going around in circles and not being decisive
-also a lunch with peers/people that you are more likely to open upto--this is where they want to see how you would be in a team environment

Interview
The interview process at General Mills is challenging with many steps to the process. Following phone interview, there were a number of panel interviews, followed by a case. The case takes place over a few hours with prep time and a panel presentation.
