They asked a series of Competency Based interview questions. There was a lunch break between interviews where some members of the team were ostensibly assessing if I was an actual human being.

Interview
2 Rounds technical interview and one round Management. After HR round 6 of us were selected. There was another round with Onsite manager (optional). After 10 days we got our offer letters and only 4 of us were selected.

1st round was general .net interview, covered ASP.net, C#, and SQL questions. 2nd round was more of WCF (my specialization).
