Everything needed to be scheduled as soon as possible, but at this level need to understand that schedule conflicts are going to be there. No consideration for candidate experience. Was told I was moving to 4th round (of 5) of interview. Then a few days later was told I was no longer in consideration. Reason given was timing, which if true is an indication that they aren’t concerned with getting right person in role but just getting role filled.
