I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Londonderry County Borough, Northern Ireland)
Interview
During the interview process, the interviewer maintained a pleasant demeanor, creating a comfortable and positive atmosphere. The process consisted of three stages, which included two technical assessments and one behavioral evaluation. The technical assessments were designed to gauge my proficiency in the required skills for the position. These assessments tested my knowledge and problem-solving abilities in specific areas related to the job. The questions were challenging yet fair, allowing me to showcase my expertise and demonstrate my ability to handle technical tasks. In addition to the technical assessments, there was also a behavioral evaluation. This part of the interview aimed to assess my interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and how well I would fit within the company culture. The interviewer asked a series of questions that required me to provide examples of how I have handled various situations in the past, highlighting my ability to work well with others and handle challenging scenarios.
