They asked a lot of situational type questions to learn how you problem solve. Must use the STAR method to answer properly. Not a lot of questions about actual technical experiences.

I was scheduled for Phone Screen Round. Recruiter didn't show up on time, 15 miniutes later, I got an email to rescheduled another time and still she was 5 miniutes late. Also, she didn't even apologize for being late or anything. That 's the only thing I didn't like.
