I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Genesis Healthcare (Concord, NH)
Interview
Seemed uninterested in a new graduate, asked me what was hardest patient I ever had and when did I ever have to tell someone no. That was about it. At the end of the interview, she said, "well don't worry, there are lots of jobs out there" so I pretty much knew I didn't get the job. No call back to officially tell me.
Online video call, casual. Asked me about myself, previous school. What I am looking forward to, what I may be nervous about. Diagnoses I am familiar with. How I like to be taught (hands on learner?)
Negotiate your salary upfront, you will not be able to increase it later. Research the pay in your area as compared w similar experience and education, know your skills and specialties
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genesis Healthcare (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2023
Interview
Interviewed for a DOR position. Good appropriate questions. About an hour, with plenty of time for me to ask my questions. I was surprised when the area director asked me - how can the company help me grow professionally!
