Attended an Open House. Was interviewed by the DON who sensed my nervousness and put me at ease. Was hired on the spot and received a follow-up call from the recruiter a few hours later about start dates. This is a great place for graduate nurses to gain skills.

Interview
I did a phone interview first, then agreed to come in for a one on one interview. I waited a very long time for the interviewer. She asked appropriate questions and explained the job duties and expectations. She reviewed benefits briefly also.
