Genesys Anonymous interview questions

Very impressed with the interview process here. It moved at a good pace, and they did a wonderful job providing feedback and keeping me apprised of the process status, next steps, etc. I had an HR screen, and then met with the Director, VP, and SVP. All of whom seemed very bright and end-goal focused, with a common vision. Not your typical boilerplate questions. Last step was a presentation and panel interview. This takes some prep time of course, but was a really great experience. I got to interact with my future peers and get a good glimpse of the culture. Bonus is that the prep provides a bit of a “head start” if hired. It was a very positive interview experience from beginning to end. I’m looking forward to getting started.
