I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Genesys (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Apply -> Online assessment -> Phone interview ->I don't next for next as I just finished phone interview
The interviewer just replied to his message (and said sorry repeatedly but didn't answer my question) So suddenly I don't want to continue the interview and lose the passion for the company.
I was contacted by the interviewer by email. She got my email from my Linkedin. We had one interview and then three months after they replied me saying that they have reviewed my application and it will no longer be considered. It was a really nice interview though very conducive environment. It was more like a friend chat and that made me very relaxed and confident.
Straightforward, not too difficult. Feedback was pretty quick. The recruiter got back to me within a week or so. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. To be or not to be?
First round is a general call with recruiter, just chat about your experience and about the role.
Second is a 1hr semi technical interview with hiring manager. Goes over your CV, experience, stuff related to the role.
Third is a Technical take home test.
Fourth and final is a review of technical take home test with Hiring manager and senior devs.
