I applied through corporate web-site then found recruiter for this position in LinkedIn and sent him cover letter. We schedule a phone interview where discussed the position as well as my background. In a week, on-site interview was scheduled. I had a meeting with hiring manager and program manager. During two hours we had a nice discussion covering the project, company. The questions were mostly about my previous work experience, how I handle difficult situations, what kind of personality I am. They shared some high-business details about the project and asked me to share my vision on its development. How would I enhance/change processes. What additional tools can be introduce to make the execution more effective and efficient. And so on. It was a great experience.
