The interview took 6 hours to complete. And the interview took place for 10 mins. HR was not available so the other person took my interview. It was for hindi process. you need to be fluent in hindi. it was good experience

Question 1
In the HR interview they ask about your formal introduction, about you, why you want to join as a customer support, what is your daily routine. this questions are meant to check your communications.
In the second round same thing happens over the phone. they let you read some paragraphs to check your fluency.
In the third round a person calls from there team and acts as a customer, you have to help him kindly.They will check your fluency and presence of mind.
