Just past work experience hr decision only. If you have 8 years of relevant experience but still they look for b.com graduates. They won't consider relevant experience if you are not from B.com background. They ask us to wait for next opportunity.

Introduction and they will check education background even if we done Post graduation and having relevant experience of 8 years they look for B.com background only
There are two rounds of interview it was very basic and simple interview although after selecting getting the offer is bit lengthy process and till onboarding it takes a month

Interview
There are just 3 rounds:
1. Talent acquisition: Talking about location and benefits
2. Senior Manager Round/AVP Round: Talking about past experiences and theoritical knowledge on the process you are going to get hired to
