For the P.A Job at Genpact we are required To pass through more than 6 stages :
S1: Initial round starts usually with the 1to1 interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Genpact (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2026
Interview
The lobby time waiting was too long but the actual interview went well and was easy. The interviewer was friendly too, I overall had a good experience. They were quick to revert back too.
It was easy related to generice accouting queations and AP knowledge. Are you ok for night shift etc. Apart from it whether you can shift in noida. there will be night shift and you should be flexible for shifts.
